At the opening ceremony of the conference, Liang Fang, director of the Industry Association Department of SASAC, was invited to deliver a speech. The current situation of "large but not strong" in the foundry industry, which is the basis of equipment manufacturing industry, is closely related to the reality of "short board" in the quality of basic processes, especially basic materials including cast pig iron.
