Promote learning through examination and improve skill level - skill training examination of fitter of Haitian technology

Haitian technology on December 15 (correspondent Li Liangmei): on December 15, 2021, Haitian technology company organized employees to carry out the skill level examination of fitter, aiming to further improve the professional skill level of front-line employees. A total of more than 80 front-line employees participated in the training and examination.

For a long time, Haitian technology company has taken employee training and employee growth as the focus of its work. Through skills training and learning, examination and assessment, incentive with awards and other ways, fully mobilize the participation enthusiasm of employees, so as to improve the cognition and practical ability of front-line employees' professional knowledge and the overall business level of the company.

The examination is divided into two parts. The first part is basic knowledge (written theory test) and the second part is operational skills (on-site practice). In order to ensure and identify the true situation of employees' skill level, Haitian technology company invited two teachers from the vocational skill identification center of Ma'anshan human resources and social security department to the company's examination site for patrol guidance and on-site supervision. The evaluation teacher fully affirmed the vocational skill appraisal work of Haitian technology company, and expressed satisfaction with the organization and management of the examination room, the discipline of the examination room and the examination status of the candidates.
